And now for something I really don’t fucking understand….

Why on earth do people that have non English-speaking weblogs title them in English? What the fuck is the purpose of this practice?

It’s deceptive and I don’t like it. You hear me?? DON’T LIKE IT!

Just as soon as I’m multilingual I will go and tell them so.

Maybe THEY don’t like it that YOU write a blog in English with English titles.

Didja ever think about that, didja? Hmm?

    AT LEAST mine is consistent.

If I’ma write in X language, I’ma title it in X language. It only makes sense.

I agree, what the fuck is that all about!?! Miranda said she talked to you via IM.

Yeah, I told her to tell you that you’ve got a very neat kid. What a cutie!

I personally love it when I see a blog titled “(some random line from an obscure song that Wendy loves)” and I click on it thinking, “I have found a kindred spirit!” and the blog is in Russian or something. THANKS FOR GETTING MY HOPES UP, JURK!

Well….if they didn’t do it, you wouldn’t have nothin’ to moan and groan about….

On the flip side, having a WWII website, and doing extensive research…most of the ones I ran across, gave you the option to select which language, ie; English, French, German and so on….

ya. fuck. i go to blogwise and think ‘cool, i’m gonna check out some south american weblogs” and so i scroll through clicking all the english titles and well they may have studied english, but they’re not blogging english. – i click their links sometimes just for fun..been pretty much a total waste of time so far.
